Valencia Basket has been crowned Cadete IR Autonomic 2022-2023 champion in both male and female categories after winning all the matches of the Final Phase, included in the Jocs Esportius de la Comunitat Valenciana.
Agost and Calpe, FBCV 2022-2023 venues, have once again been the scene of the fight for the title. Agost hosted the Women's Phase, in which Picken Claret finished as runner-up, Fundación Valencia Bàsquet was third and CB San Blas Alicante took fourth place. Calpe hosted the Men's Phase, in which Fundación Valencia Bàsquet was runner-up, CD Don Bosco VLC finished third and Vaillant Godella finished fourth. The three best men's and women's teams also qualify for the Spanish Club Championship.
The fight for the Junior title last week already aroused a lot of interest among the fans and the outcome in the Cadet category has not been left behind. As well as being able to watch all the games live on the FBCV YouTube Channel, a large number of people came to the two venues.
After the end of the last day, the trophies were awarded to the teams and to the best players of the Phase, an award that in this last case has corresponded to Nicolás Gómez and Haley Sophia Wright, from Valencia Basket.
