Labora has granted a grant of 43,006.58 euros to Calp Town Council under the ECOVID 2020 programme, which aims to recruit unemployed people aged 30 or over, preferably unemployed because of the health crisis.
With this aid, the municipality of Calp will employ four workers to disinfect and clean parks and communal areas for children's games, since the ECOVID programme stipulates that the newly employed must carry out work or services related to the situation arising from COVID 19.
Those who wish to apply for these jobs must, in addition to meeting the age requirements and losing their previous job after the declaration of the state of alert, be registered as job seekers in Labora. Similarly, priority will be given to those who do not receive unemployment benefits or income for employment integration.
The duration of the contract is 6 months full-time. Labora makes a pre-selection of candidates and carries out a selection of individual applicants. Those who achieve the highest score on a scale are recruited.
