Calp City Council has agreed to defer the payment of certain taxes and fees and to provide a refund or compensation in the event of services that could not be provided.
In the case of market and flea market fees, the voluntary payment of the first quarter ended yesterday, March 31st, and this period will now be extended to April 28th, when the alert is over. The income for the weeks in which the stands could not be set up will be returned or compensated with the second quarter.
The same will happen with the occupancy fees for public streets for setting up tables and chairs in the streets. The period for the voluntary payment of the first quarter will be extended until 28 April and the days in which the stands could not be set up will be compensated in the second quarter.
As far as the fees for the Silene d' Ifac nursery school are concerned, the period for voluntary payment is extended to 15 April for the January fees; for the fees from February to 11 May, and for the March fees, the days on which the nursery school was closed are deducted at the end of the alarm period.
The deadlines for payment of instalments and payments on account are extended until 30 April. The deadlines for payment of fees and contracts are suspended for the duration of the alarm state and will be resumed at the end of this situation.
In the case of individual settlements (fines, charges for occupying public roads due to removals, construction elements, etc.), the deadlines for the payment of instalments and contracts notified before 18 March shall be extended until 30 April and the payments for settlements notified after that date shall be extended until 20 May. The services that could not be used due to the alarm condition will be returned or compensated.
On the other hand, SUMA Gestión Tributaria has suspended the deadlines for the payment of garbage collection and the tax on mechanical towing vehicles during the period of the alarm condition.
