The Calp Local Police filed a total of 45 reports for violation of the mobility restrictions imposed by the state of alert between Friday, May 8, and Saturday, May 9. Many of these were due to failure to respect the time slots and conditions under which sports and street walking can be done.

In total, on Friday, the first day on which the local police began to penalise all infringements relating to authorised excursions for sport and walks, the local police filed 25 complaints, after having informed the population of these infringements on the days before. On Saturday she filed another 20 complaints.

The fines were imposed on the one hand because people were engaged in group sports activities. It was found that several groups of two and three people were walking in different areas. Also with the fact that one of the persons in the group did not live in the same apartment with the others and the distance between the groups was not respected; also for carrying out the sporting activity outside the set time window.

There were also indications that children wanted to go for a walk outside the set times or did not respect the maximum distance of one kilometre from the place of residence.

In addition, the local police also reported, among other things, two people standing on the street and talking, two cases where groups of people sat on benches and talked, and four people who did not live together because they were having a meal together.

The agents imposed these penalties on 32 foreigners and 13 Spaniards and made 853 identifications.
