All performances will start at 18:30 in the Auditorium, the event is free of charge and limited to capacity. The awards ceremony is scheduled for 26 November. On that day, the well-known monologuist Alex O'Dogherty will perform with his show "Imbécil", one of the most complete comedy shows on the current bill.
The competition is endowed with 7,500 € in prizes, 3,500 € for the best show and 2,000 € for each of the selected works. Trophies are also awarded for best direction, best leading performance, and best supporting performance. The contest was created in 2012 with the aim of paying tribute to theatre, an artistic discipline that has been a tradition in Calp for more than a hundred years, and to the local actor Antonio Ferrer.
